Captain v President's Challenge ...

This annual event is the final in house competition when Easingwold Bowls Club members are randomly divided into two teams, one to represent the captain Jean Leonard and the others to represent the President Mike Souter.

With no set loyalties everyone tries their best and bowl for the team.

Playing three wood triples over 16 ends it soon became clear the captain was on a winner, the game finishing 53 shots to 31 in favour of the Captain but mainly an enjoyable afternoon coming towards the end of the season..
