Hole-in-One Joy for Young Golfer at Easingwold Golf Club ...

The Easingwold Golf Club is proud to celebrate a spectacular achievement of one of its own.

On Wednesday, 18-year-old James Lawton, a former Junior Captain, recorded his first-ever hole-in-one during the club’s Wednesday Stableford competition.

James achieved the ace on the club’s 5th hole, a challenging short par three. He struck a perfect nine iron to the hole, which, although located at the front of the green, was well guarded behind the left-hand bunker.

The remarkable moment was witnessed by his dad and fellow playing partners, all of whom were competing in the same Stableford event.
