1st Easingwold Squirrels ...

We’re thrilled that Easingwold’s brand-new Squirrels Dray has had its first term, welcoming our youngest adventurers into the world of Scouting!

This new group is already proving to be a fantastic way for children aged 4 to 6 to make new friends, grow in confidence, and try new things - all while having heaps of fun.

From the very first session, our Squirrels have been busy exploring creative crafts, energetic games, and simple outdoor activities that spark their curiosity.

Each week is carefully planned to help little ones build independence and resilience, all in a safe and supportive environment.

In the first term, the Easingwold Squirrels have enjoyed activities such as:

• Team games that encourage sharing, turn-taking and cheering each other on.

• Mini nature adventures to discover the wonders of the great outdoors.

• Creative crafts and badge challenges, celebrating each child’s effort and achievement.

• Storytimes and songs that inspire imaginations and bring the group together.
