The Tigers honoured Allan Meek as he was marking his 65th game for North Yorkshire on his 90th Birthday.

The Tigers captain Chris Prendergast can be seen congratulating Allan after making a presentation of an engraved glass tankard, £30 garden voucher and a big cake.

Allan also plays regularly for the Gt Ouseburn bowls team.

The icing on the cake came later that day when the Tigers completed their first win of the season (following promotion to the NESMBA Division 1), against Humberside.
