10 year Anniversary of Studio Cycling at The Galtres...

The Saturday morning Studio Cycling group celebrated their 10th year of cycling with balloons, cake and coffee. What a great way to try to replace the calories they had burnt!

The Galtres Centre now have state of the art bikes with screens to monitor cadence, power and progress.
