Galtres Centre Activity Week...

The Galtres Centre proudly announces a high turnout for its annual Summer Activity Week, marking the highest attendance since the pre-pandemic year of 2020.

The week-long event, dedicated to children and young people, featured a diverse range of sports and wellness activities, including tennis, badminton, multi-sports, and family yoga.

Matthew Warriner, the Sports Manager at the Galtres Centre, expressed his delight at the increase in participation.

“It’s heartening to see such enthusiasm and energy from the younger members of our community,” said Warriner.

Building on this success, the Galtres Centre is excited to offer tennis coaching sessions starting this September, open to children and young people aged 5-14 years.
