Quilt & Needlecraft Festival - A Great Success...

The Quilt and Needlecraft Festival, hosted on the 15th and 16th July in Newton on Ouse was a big success.

Wow, amazing, fantastic, incredible, breathtaking… some of the words used when visitors entered the door of All Saints Church in Newton on Ouse. The Church had three walls lined and pews covered with decorative quilts and the 4th wall proudly displayed the Fulford Tapestry. Every flat surface in the building was covered with the finest broderie work or hung on stands, easels or pillars.
