NORMAN HARTLEY CUP...

Easingwold Bowling Club held our annual cup competition on Sunday 21st of August.

This competition and trophy was started as recognition of a one time member, chairman and benefactor of the club, who joined in 1952.

Norman was the local bookmaker who had premises on Long Street, he followed on in the family business from his father Albert who were both bowlers.

Norman’s son Terry and wife Judy arrive every year to take part in the event....
