Cricket at Outwood Primary Academy Alne...

Pupils from Years 1, 2 and 3 from Outwood Primary Academy Alne have taken part in All Stars Cricket sessions with Tom Bates from Yorkshire County Cricket.

All Stars Cricket is aimed at children aged 5-8 and provides an eight-week programme full of activities, skill development and fun. Launching from the 5th May, more than 70 clubs across North Yorkshire will roll out the All Stars programme, run by qualified activators.

Children will earn stars in their own activity booklet through the eight weeks. They’ll learn many skills including: batting, throwing, catching, bowling, running, teamwork and communication
